i. The recipient is absent at the delivery address and does not request redelivery within the carrier's storage period.
ii. The delivery address information is incorrect, preventing delivery.

2. In the cases specified in the preceding paragraph, if damages are incurred by us, we may claim compensation for such damages (including reasonable attorney's fees) from the customer.

1. The Company shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or damage to goods attributable to the fault of the delivery company.

2. Should any trouble or dispute arise between the Customer and the delivery company, the Customer shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense. The Company shall have no obligation whatsoever to become involved in such trouble or dispute.

When the Company entrusts delivery to a delivery company, inquiries regarding delivery should be directed to the delivery company directly.

Relationship with the Terms of Use

1. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Use. Matters not specified in this Policy shall be governed by the provisions of the Terms of Use.

2. In the event of any conflict or contradiction between the provisions of this Policy and the provisions of the Terms of Use, the provisions of this Policy shall take precedence.
